Rub a Dub Dub..smiling baby in a tub!

Check out this handsome little guy. From the moment I walked in the door he was ear to ear with smiles. He is such a happy little guy! 6 months is such a fun age for pictures. They are sitting up (well...usually), smiling like crazy, and are growing into their own little person. This is such a precious time to capture! This shoot was so much fun. My favorite part of photography is capturing memories that the family LOVES. This family LOVES bath time! It is filled with smiles, and sweet baby giggles - so they asked if we could start the session off with him getting his bath. FANTASTIC! Cute, naked, happy baby?! YES!

I love when families book me for multiple photo sessions! I enjoy watching their kids grow up as I photograph them! I had the privilege of photographing Leo when he was 3 months old, and now again today! He is such a happy little guy, and boy does he love his mom and dad! He thinks they are HILARIOUS! (which is fantastic for taking pictures!) I can't wait to see him again for his 1 year photo shoot!!

sweet baby toes

Babies are amazing. Not only are they ADORABLE, but they love to sleep! So that makes photographing them even more wonderful! This sweet girl was no exception. She slept almost the entire time. We could move her around and change her clothes and she just kept on sleeping! So we had a little fun:

I was rather excited when her mom asked if they could dress her up in her Halloween costume for some photos! I love Halloween and what is cuter than a sweet little girl in a big, poofy cat costume? :) What a great time!

a little maternity love

I really enjoy maternity sessions! It is so fun to capture the excitement that the parents have for their new baby. I also love the beach! So, a maternity session at the beach is a realy great day! We went out near Zuma for this session where apparently there was also a wedding going on! It was a rather busy place, but we were able to sneak through everyone and got some GREAT shots!
